Privacy Policy and Information about Cookies used by uouee.com

1. Who am I and why do I process your personal data?

Protecting your privacy is very important. Both for you and for me (as I am often a user myself). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data I collect, how I use it, and what rights you have in connection with the processing of your personal data.

1.1. Who am I?

My name is Kuba (Jakub) Jedliński, and I run a business in which uouee.com is a part. I am the Administrator of your personal data, and these are the details of my business:

Jakub Jedliński Marketer Innovator Salesman

Address: Ksawerów 3, 02-656 Warsaw, Poland

tax: PL521-320-51-19; REGON: 140115163

The easiest way to contact me is by writing to the email address: hello@uouee.com

In the further part of the privacy policy, I refer to myself as “uouee.com.”

1.2. What for I collect data?

Running uouee.com, I use personal data for the following purposes:

  • Running a newsletter
  • Running a comment system
  • Handling inquiries through a form
  • Handling inquiries via chat
  • Handling inquiries via email sent to email addresses @uouee.com
  • Presenting offers or information about my business

1.3. How do I collect data?

Through uouee.com, I obtain information about you and other users and how you use uouee.com in the following ways:

  • Through voluntarily entered data in forms that you provide to me via forms, email, or chat.
  • By saving so-called cookies in browsers on your devices (laptop, smartphone, etc.).

2. What data I collect?

In connection with uouee.com, I collect and process several categories of data:

2.1. Data you personally provide to me:

e.g., by filling out a form, writing chat messages, emails

  • Identification data: name, surname, email address, phone number, address

2.2. Data I myself collect about you:

e.g., through monitoring so-called sessions or interactions with messages

  • Technical data: IP (including the geographic area from which you connect), browser type and version, device model information, dates and times, etc.
  • Extended Data from cookies: information about your activity on uouee.com, which I describe in detail in chapter 7, “Cookies.”
  • Traffic source information: information about how you arrive at uouee.com (clicks on links on other sites leading to uouee.com) and where you go next (clicks on links from uouee.com to other sites).

3. For what purposes and how do I use your data?

I run uouee.com as part of my business, so I also use it for specific business purposes. How do I do it?

When you use uouee.com, thanks to the data collected by cookies, I gather information about what you read, how often you visit the site, at what times, how you read my texts, and use the materials I provide. These data are often called statistical or pseudonymous data because I do not know to whom they specifically belong. To assign them to a specific person, some identification data of that person and a so-called key are needed to connect one with the other.

Identification data you provide in forms are processed according to the information provided in the form, e.g., to subscribe to the newsletter and to send commercial offers. Each form contains a description of what the collected information is used for and so-called marketing consents. Consent to process your identification data is voluntary (i.e., I do not condition the sale of other services on it) but is also necessary to fully use uouee.com (e.g., subscription to the newsletter or access to materials requires this data).

You should know that from the moment you provide me with your identification data, I will have the technical ability to connect them with your data, and my intention is to connect this data in such a way. It is common marketing practice, but I personally believe it is worth highlighting. Some or even all statistical data so far pseudonymous will now become data that I can assign specifically to you. That is why in GDPR, statistical data are also personal data, and that is why I dedicate so much space to cookies in this policy (chapter 7, “Cookies”).

3.1. Main purposes for data usage on uouee.com:

  • Ensuring easy use of the site (browser settings and content display method)
  • The ability to provide personalized recommendations regarding current and future content available on uouee.com
  • Drawing conclusions about users to present the appropriate commercial offer at the right time
  • Providing technical or other support related to the content available on uouee.com

3.2. The most important services of uouee.com providers

  • I run uouee.com as part of a service available on wordpress.com, so any statistical information I collect about you is also collected by WordPress. WordPress collects so-called logs (all information related to site usage) and information about transmitted data and other used tools.
  • I conduct statistical analysis of site traffic through Google Analytics. I do not pass your identification data to Google, only statistical information. The service is based on the use of cookies in your browsers. Regarding information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, you can view and edit your information using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  • I also use Hotjar. This solution examines user behaviour by creating heat maps and recording behaviour on the site. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator, so they do not know which physical person it concerns. In particular, no data entered into form fields or chat message content is recorded.
  • I also use HubSpot tools, including those that automate the Service’s operation regarding users, e.g., can send you an email after you visit a specific subpage, provided you have previously consented to receive marketing messages. HubSpot is also the central data repository I collect about you and my so-called CRM, where I store contact history.
  • I use the Zapier tool, which allows for the integration of various tools, such as forms and access to the Google Drive service within my Workspace package.
  • I also use Google Workspace, including cloud storage space, and when I share files, Google receives information that you have access to them and whether and when you use it.

3.3. Methods of protecting your data that I use

  • Data transmission is protected by using an SSL certificate. This means that personal data entered on the site is encrypted on your computer and can only be read on the target server.
  • In the tools mentioned earlier in section 3.2, I use two-factor authentication, which provides an additional form of login protection.
  • To protect the data, uouee.com service providers (mentioned in the previous point 3.2) regularly perform backups.
  • I use legal and up-to-date software and antivirus programs, which I regularly and automatically update.

4. Legal basis for data processing

I process your personal data in accordance with Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union based on your consent given in three ways:

  • By accepting the consent to process personal data, which you provide by filling out forms on the uouee.com website
  • Implied consent understood as my legitimate interest when you independently send me emails or chat messages
  • By accepting the privacy policy, which includes the cookie policy (more about cookies is in chapter 7, “Cookies”).

5. Data transfer

5.1. Do I transfer data to other brands?

I never transfer your data to other vendors. Period.

5.2. Who else has access to your data?

To ensure the technical operation of uouee.com, it is necessary to transfer user data to service providers (mentioned in point 3.2, e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar). They have access to it only to provide the service they provide to uouee.com. Moreover, each provider ensures that user data will be processed only on servers within the European Union. Therefore, these providers are also subject to GDPR regulations.

5.3. Authorized bodies

Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when required by law. In the event of disclosing your identification data to authorized bodies or authorities, I will inform you immediately.

6. Your user rights

6.1. Your rights under GDPR

If you visit uouee.com, I collect data about you, but initially, these are only statistical data, i.e., pseudonymous. After providing me with your identification data, you become a so-called service user. As such, you will also have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify your personal data.
  • Delete your personal data.
  • Restrict the processing of your personal data.
  • Transfer your personal data.
  • Object to the processing of your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

If you want to exercise any of these or other rights related to my activities, especially regarding uouee.com, please write an email to: hello@uouee.com

6.2. Right to complain

To file a complaint regarding uouee.com concerning the processing of your personal data, you can contact the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland (since I conduct business here) or via the website https://uodo.gov.pl/en
